Shipping policy

All orders ship via UPS. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

We offer free shipping on U.S. domestic orders $500 and up, and $25 flat rate shipping on U.S. domestic orders under $500.

Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Be sure to provide an alternative street address at checkout.

We will reach out to the customer for packages that weigh more than 10 pounds or contain large items requiring special handling. During this contact, we will provide a shipping quote and discuss the customer's preferred shipment method.

Highcroft is not responsible for orders lost, stolen, or damaged after the courier has picked them up.

To help ensure secure delivery, we include Signature Required at no additional cost on all orders over $1,000.

Please allow up to 1-2 additional business days for any oversized and fragile orders that require extra packing.

FREE in-store pick up is available to local customers.

If a product is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay in shipment time, we will contact the customer immediately.
