Online Orders

Please note: sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Returns after 14 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in store/in person can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date.
